With a focus on implementation, the Implementing SQF System course provides attendees the opportunity to align existing food safety programs with SQF Code requirements or improve an existing SQF System with improved knowledge of the Code. Attendees will walk away with an understanding of the interconnectedness of the SQF elements that can help drive continuous improvement of food safety programs.

This course is intended to help SQF Practitioners, SQF Auditors and Consultants to strengthen their learning on the subject. The training workshop has been designed on the advanced principles of adult learning and following SQF code’s (Ed 9) body of knowledge. The training is also very useful for SQF Practitioners and other SQF professionals involved in SQF implementation and maintenance initiatives.

The implementation of SQF (Ed 9) and its requirements are a daunting task. It requires right knowledge, and skill to be successful. It’s required to comprehend how implementation and on-going compliance many be achieved. Many individuals, teams and companies face challenges in achieving required results and objectives and successfully manage their continuous improvement strive that at times may end in shocking results during external certification and/ or reassessment audits. SQF as a system is not stagnant so its real-time successful application is an ongoing task. The learning in this course ensures that SQF Practitioners and SQF Teams learn how to approach SQF implementation for optimum results and success in achieving organizational goals.

This training workshop offers insight and skill to understand SQF fundamentals, applicable modules, and specific details in these modules pertaining different programs and sections. Beyond basic knowledge about requirements, the learners will get an opportunity to explore various implementation techniques and bottlenecks in SQF system implementation and maintenance. The workshop’s intercave nature ensures learning is hands-on. Learners explore how to find issues before these are highlighted through internal and external product failures, customer complaints and, external audits (e.g., customer audits, certification and reassessment audits) failures.

Training Policies

Following policies are applied to Food Vision Inc., Trainings Workshops;

Training Program Cancellation

Food Vision Training and Learn services reserves the right to cancel or postpone a program due to unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur, you will be notified as soon as possible. All efforts will be made to notify participants at minimum two weeks before the scheduled event. If FVI Training Services cancels a course, your entire registration fee will be refunded.

Please be advised that in the event of a course cancellation due to unforeseen reasons, FVI is not responsible for airfare penalties or other travel related expenses you may incur.

Substations; In situations where necessary, substitutions (in writing) are welcome but your prompt notifications are appreciated to facilitate the process.

If you have been registered for a training workshop but like to swap with another training workshop, it’s possible if its done 30 days prior to a workshop without a fee. It may be done against 25 % deduction if its requested 20 days prior to a scheduled workshop. Its not possible if its done later than that.

Early Cancellations: > 14 days prior to the training course date

In such cases, a refund will be issued for the registration fee paid, less a 25% processing charge.

Last minute cancellations: < 14 days prior to the course date

Refunds cannot be issued for late or last-minute cancellations.
